The Viking do Brasil Ultrasonic Spot Welder is a compact machine for spot welding heat-sealable synthetic materials, with adjustable force, power and application time.
Unlike continuous sewing machines, the spot welder performs localized point welds — ideal for fixing straps, tapes and elastics at specific points on the piece, without sewing an entire seam.
It’s a compact, versatile machine: it can be installed on any table or workbench, with easy operator adaptation and low maintenance cost — with no consumables in the process.

The generator converts electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical vibration (ultrasound)
