Ultrasonic Sewing Machine — Single Feed
Viking Sônica Continuous welding of light synthetic materials, with no thread or needle
Welds PVC, nylon, synthetic leather and synthetic fabrics by ultrasonic vibration — with no thread, no needle and no consumables. Equipment built for continuous use, easy operator adaptation and low maintenance cost.

What is Ultrasonic Sewing — Single Feed
Straight stitching by ultrasonic welding, with no thread or needle
The Viking do Brasil Ultrasonic Sewing Machine — Single Feed joins heat-sealable synthetic materials by ultrasonic vibration — with no thread, needle or glue.
High-frequency ultrasonic vibration generates localized heat through molecular friction, fusing the material at the contact points and creating a continuous, strong weld along the entire seam, with a uniform finish.
It’s designed for standard production and light-to-medium materials, built for continuous use, with easy adaptation for straight-stitch operators and low maintenance cost — with no consumables in the process.
How it works
- 1
The generator converts electrical energy into high-frequency mechanical vibration (ultrasound)
- 2
The synthetic material is guided between the sonotrode and the single feed wheel
- 3
Molecular friction heats and fuses the material layers in continuous contact
- 4
The seam advances continuously, creating a firm, uniform weld
- 5
Clean finish, no needle holes or thread — ready for immediate use
